About this nanny job

We're both working from home (mom's still breast-feeding when her schedule allows) and our 7mo is being cared for by his grandmother. She's unavailable starting June, so we're looking for a full-time nanny (8.5 hrs/weekday) to cover June and would be happy for additional help in May (part to full-time; we're flexible) or July (irregular, as we'll be traveling). Our boy is commando crawling all over the place, so we've dedicated a couple rooms to Montessori-style baby-safe sleep/play. We use an app to track his meals and sleep, which has helped him keep a pretty predictable schedule. We try to get him outside at least once a day and otherwise his wake time is spent eating, reading or playing (no screens). We're working on baby-led weaning, 2-3 meals a day, and use cloth diapers. He has skin issues that require ointments and regular full-body greasing. We're looking for somebody willing to take above-average COVID precautions who also won't mind an affectionate 4yo mini-goldendoodle.
