About this nanny job

We need a part-time flexible sitter for week day afternoons (normally M,W,F but days are flexible), 1-2 weekend days a month and appointments. We are down to earth, straight forward ex-military that run our business from home and need an imaginative, patient, energetic sitter to help our daughter with age appropriate skills, instill good morals and to play games while we're busy with work. We also have 2 sassy and sweet dogs that may need care from time to time and can be thrown in the mix. Our daughter does have diet restrictions but nothing serious. It would be helpful if the sitter could help with picking up play areas, snacks/meals, watching pets, CPR/First aid trained and has transportation. We are looking for someone that is relatively close-by, has a flexible schedule and fits well with our family. Our sitters always become an extension of our family and we are looking for someone who will be in the area for awhile and as long as possible because our daughter forms tight bonds with caregivers. We are always willing to discuss and increase pay if necessary for the right person.
