About this nanny job

We are a 2-family toddler pod in Pinehurst searching for an experienced, engaging nanny ~40 hours per week starting in June (8am-4pm, flexible). Duties will include routine care for two energetic, chatty toddlers (25 months) including lots of engaging learning-through-play and time outside. The families take vaccination status and health seriously, especially with a new baby expected in one home this summer. Families will need care through (at least) fall 2022 when at least one of the kids is expected to rise to the top of daycare waitlists. For the right candidate, the role could then switch to toddler + infant care or a new infant nanny share for one of the families. Pay $25-$30/hr depending on experience, with additional benefits available including paid time off, health care stipend, guaranteed hours. We are experienced nanny-share employers and are happy to negotiate the right contract for our new group.
