[removed] If you love chaotic, charismatic, happy, sassy, unfortunately sometimes over the top crabby 9 months old, then boy do I have the baby for you. Dustin has so much personality & go go go, so I need someone to keep up, but also have plenty patience because he will test yours. I work part time, and average between 3-6 hours per shift. I only work 3-4 days a week. There may be an occasion I have added days or hours needed to watch my son, but otherwise I have a pretty steady schedule.
