About this nanny job

Hi! We are (soon-to-be) new parents living in Evanston who will need a nanny for our newborn come September. Our ideal candidate is someone who believes and practices conscious parenting. We are easygoing, compassionate people who seek someone who'll treat our child as we do. The mother works remotely, so the nanny will have access to her should she have any urgent questions or concerns. (But once you get the hang of things, she will leave you to your job!) Must be available Mon-Fri, but length of shifts during those days may vary. Usually daytime hours (morning to early afternoon). We're thinking 15-20 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours on occasion. Our goal is to find a nanny who is flexible and malleable to our needs. We're so excited to work with you!
