About this nanny job

I am a stay at home mom seeking part time help with a flexible schedule. My husband is a lineman and December through March is storm season, which means he can work as much as 150 hours a week. Our baby is due the first week of December and I am seeking someone to start the first week of January when he returns to work. I will probably be home catching up on sleep or running errands while you are with baby. We will not be allowing any away from home activities until the baby is 6 months or so, so you would just be in our home. You will be responsible for bottle feeding, burping, putting down for naps, changing diapers, washing/sanitizing bottles, washing/folding baby’s laundry, and anything that the baby needs while you are here. I do not expect you to do anything else while baby is asleep, feel free to do homework, be on your phone, etc during that time. Newborns are only awake for 45-60 minutes at a time, so 75% of your shifts baby will be asleep. You are welcome to eat/drink anything in our fridge/pantry or have takeout delivered. We are requiring that our nanny be fully vaccinated including a flu shot. CPR/First Aid required but we are willing to pay for the course for the right candidate.
