About this nanny job

My 4-year-old is an amazing boy with autism (high functioning.) He is verbal & has a lot to say (extremely social) but has challenges with articulation. Looking for someone that will be helping/teaching him life & therapy skills that need to be taught. He is bright, funny, high energy, & creative. I need you to be reliable, extremely patient, good with behavior management, a fast learner, organized, & wanting to work long term (1 year minimum.) You will need to have a car. I will need you to drop him off at school. I will need you Monday-Friday 7:00AM-9:00AM and Saturday 7:30AM-10:30AM. Experience with children with autism preferred, but not required. This looks great on an education, sped, speech, OT, PT, ABA resume (I have lots of connections in these fields and have mentored many students.) $18 an hour and located near Mayo Hospital.
