About this nanny job

We are looking for a nanny to care for our 2yo son and infant daughter while we are at work. We are a friendly and warm couple who value treating people with fairness, understanding, respect and good communication. We also have a detached studio apartment for someone to live in if interested in a semi-live-in situation. Looking for someone: - playful, loving and engaging that enjoys connecting with little ones - open to learning about and supporting our family’s approach to things like sleep, eating, and discipline/teaching (a few styles we really love: attachment parenting, positive parenting, natural consequences and generally viewing the role of caretakers with kiddos to guide, support and coach as they develop) - with a positive, proactive approach to things - willing to help with light housekeeping - who enjoys dogs and wouldn’t mind having a sweet hearted golden retriever being around - speaks Spanish (this would be extra amazing, but our main hope is to find someone to provide loving and engaging care for our son) Open to discussing pay range based on experience.
