About this nanny job

Hello, I’m seeking childcare from 2:00am until About 12pm Sunday -Wednesday. Sundays are optional as I have my sister who can watch her on Sundays. I know those are awkward hours but I work for an airline, so my hours are kind of weird. The pay is negotiable and I’m interested in discussing a weekly rate instead of hourly. Some days I’ll be home earlier than 12 and some days I may be home at 12:30 and I’d rather not calculate every single minute of that if that’s ok! Good news, my child will be sleeping until about 7/8am so you won’t have to care and entertain her the entire time….lol. I’m super easy going and whatever you do while she’s sleeping (safely and without extra guests of course) is your business. If you sleep, scroll on your phone, eat, etc I don’t mind. As long as when she gets up she’s cared for. No house work or meal prep at all I’ll have food prepped for her and I’ll make sure it’s a variety just incase she’s feeling picky that day. A little bit about Emmy, she’s 2 and she’s a pandemic baby and it will take maybe a week or so for her to get used to you. She will cry a little 🥺 but as long as you reassure her that “mommy’s as work” “she’ll be back” she will be ok. I’ll have plenty of activities that will hopefully keep her busy and she loves being outside so that may help. My mom will also come the first week to show you how to win her over 😁. Now here comes the overload of information, her dad and I split and he lives in Seattle. We keep custody 50/50 cause, it’s only fair. That being said this will be a 2 month on 2 month off position, I’m looking moreso of an addition to the family vs a temporary nanny. As I mentioned earlier I work for an airline (the best one at that) and I’m willing to put you on my flight benefits so on the two months you have off you can travel the world for free! (Standby of course but I’ve made it every where I wanted to go). I’m also looking for a travel nanny so when I go on my trips I can take my daughter, you’ll have free reign in the daytime of those trips I would just need you to watch her at night so I can turn up a little 😈 cause mama gotta have a life too! So this would be perfect for someone who is looking for additional income and wanting to travel in between, also looking for occasional date nights etc… If you’re interested please don’t hesitate to reach out!
