We are looking into a nanny for our 2.5 year old son. Start date would be around August 10. Hours will be around 7am-4:30pm on weekdays only. What we are looking for in an ideal candidate: -Someone who has prior experience with toddlers -Someone who can keep our son engaged in structured play/learning activities. -Safely be able to take him outside to the park/playground and his group gym classes. -Follow mealtime and naptime routine. -Show him love and care and patience. -Communicate openly and honestly.
