Two Families Seeking Childcare- day and afternoon hours

Hi!  We’re Irene and Shira, friends, who are looking for around 20-30 hours of childcare per week to finish out the school year. Primarily, this will be for two four year olds.  It would be nice to find a single candidate who can do all of the hours needed.  However, please apply if you can only do some of the hours as we are open to splitting it up.  

Hours:
-12:30 to 2:30 M-TH and around 5-6 hours during the day on Fridays for two 4 year olds.  (Their preschool is off on Fridays)   
-Afternoon hours.  This would be with Shira’s family.  You would staying with her 4 year old and sometimes with her 8 year old as well.  Staying until at least 4:00 on Thursdays is most needed. Until 5:00 on Tuesdays is really helpful. Beyond that, we are open to adding some hours on other days if desired.

Duties:  
-picking younger kids up from school M-TH and taking them to one of the families’ houses.  
-occasionally picking up an older child from school
-Making lunch and snacks
-facilitating play dates and activities
-Light tidying related to kids belongings and meals


Must pass a background check and be CPR certified.  Must be able to enforce rules and boundaries with kindness.  

Both families and schools are easily walkable from the green line.  So, picking up the girls after their school can be walking or in your car.  Must have a clean driving record if transporting in your car.  One family also has a very mellow dog.
