About this nanny job

We are looking for a fulltime nanny for a 3 year old boy (goes to daycare) and for a baby girl due end-June. Someone who has had past experiences with a new-born baby is preferable. Although the baby comes only later, we would like someone interested to apply now so we can get familiar with our preferences (open on starting part-time with converting to full-time in June). The help we need is focused on the new-born baby, but during naptimes we are hoping get overall house-hold help. Some of the chores include: Baby specific tasks include but not limited to: Diaper changing Bath time Burping Nap-time Sterilizing bottles etc General tasks include but not limited to: Empty and load up dishwasher Take out garbage All laundry Light clean up and organizing Light cooking/ assisted cooking or light meal prep Run errands like groceries BONUS if you can drive Charicteristics: Dedicated Organized Driven Proactive Self-starter All-rounder Gentle Caring Open to feedback A little about us: We are a young couple who have recently relocated from Chicago. Our families is split between New York and India but they visit often. Our foundational values that we are hoping to pass down to our children are: Family first! Being gentle; loving and caring human-beings; Clean up after yourself Being exposed to new and different experience but not spolt Money doesn’t grow on trees Sharing is caring Noah is our 3 year old boy was born during the pandemic. He is talkative and constantly asks ‘WHY’? Still thinking of names for the baby due in June. We wish to find someone long-term and someone who shares similar values as us. We found our past nanny (who was with us for 2 years) on Urban Sitter too. We treated her like family and still meet her often. Hoping to have similar luck this time around.
