About this nanny job

We are looking for a nanny to care for two 5mo babies as part of a nannyshare, starting on May 1st, 2023. A little bit about us: +Both families live in SF and are new to parenthood +Both babies are girls, born in Dec 2022 (Louise & Livia) +Host family lives in the Richmond around 26th avenue; nannyshare would take place at this residence only What we’re looking for: +Experienced and communicative nanny who loves babies +Aligned on parenting principles of intuitively listening to our children's needs, consistency, gentle and often communication, affection, and encouragement of curiosity and independent play +Able to provide at least 2 references from families they've worked with for over 6 months +Available 40-45 hours/week, Mon-Fri (hours would be roughly 8am - 5:30pm, might change depending on pickup/dropoff capability) +Open to 1-year commitment, with opportunity to extend further; includes 5 paid sick days and 2 paid weeks of vacation +Driver's license is ideal, but not mandatory +Preferably owning a car for pickup/drop-off of one baby from Noe Valley to the Richmond (not a must, just nice to have) +Certification in CPR & First Aid required +All vaccinations and immunizations required, including Covid-19, TB screening, and yearly flu shots +Child care certifications (such as infant care classes) are not required, but a bonus We're offering competitive rates for the area.
