Hi there. We are a private, loving family located in Henderson, Nevada seeking a hands-on, polished, friendly professional as a Personal Assistant & House Manager to oversee our daily home and property operations. We are looking for a self-motivated human who can provide house management support, develop a positive relationship with our family (along with our two boys, ages 6 and 9), and assist the family with daily errands. This job requires discretion and family confidentiality, whilst being proactive, energetic, detailed-oriented, compassionate, and consistent. Preferred work hours from 7am-1pm M-F. Qualified candidates can work independently and can multitask to oversee a myriad of responsibilities and ever-changing list of priorities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Complete oversight of home; maintaining consistency improving flow of the property to ensure the home is upheld in apt working order • Assist in morning routine with children, along with school drop off • Work with, schedule, supervise and upkeep of maintenance schedules for household vendors: HVAC, electrician, plumbing, generator, well systems, etc. • Contact, screen, propose and oversee vendors. Compare multiple bids, track budget. • Maintaining seasonal routines and procedures for the household interior and exterior needs: landscaping, window washing, power washing, etc. • Weekly walk through of property (interior and exterior); identify, fix, schedule or clean anything essential for preventative and routine upkeep • Act as a point of contact and gatekeeper for owners – providing updates on household activity, scheduled maintenance and current state of staff • Provide updates and help maintain personal stock and inventory control: toiletries, clothes, travel supplies, cleaning supplies, beverages, snacks • Errands, light grocery shopping, holiday décor, possible meal prepping • Organizing any needed home projects • Household laundry and general tidying • Mail and packages- retrieve and sort mail daily and coordinate shipping, returns, etc. • Possess a hands-on attitude – providing service when staff or vendors cannot • Handle any special requests, duties, or errands • A minimum of two-plus years of relevant house management experience within a private household with high accountability levels and excellent references from past/current employers • Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish speaking a plus • A positive attitude
