About this nanny job

We are looking for temporary childcare help during the months of May and June, possibly April July and August. We have three kids, ages 5.5, 4, and 2 years old, expecting a newborn in the week of May 30th, through a scheduled c-sec, date to be decided 6-8 weeks prior to my surgery. During my hospital stay (usually 4 days) we need a person to stay at our home with our 3 kids most of the time (nights included, but we can be flexible). This may fall on the Memorial weekend. Our children all are on a daily schedule, so their everyday routines are easy to follow. All take rest in the afternoons (anywhere between 1-4pm, our still toddler naps), and bedtime is at 7pm. Two older girls are potty trained, and attend preschool and kindergarten till end of May, but we plan to keep them home for the c-sec hospital stay. Summer camp starts mid-June. Daily duties include all the necessary care and making simple meals for our 3 kids, and light house work. We have a guest room, parking in the driveway, and a sizable yard and garden. Duties would also include feeding our cat 3 times a day, scooping litter once daily. We live in McLean. Before this hospital stay we would like to have babysitting hours once a week for the kids to get acquainted with the new person. It can be any weekday 4-8pm. We can be open to the weekends. After the new baby is born we need steady help in June for at least 4 weeks, mostly for our three kids, but also with the newborn and with some light household chores while I recover from my surgery. This will mostly include helping with the kitchen and laundry while my stitches heal. We will have a cleaning service for the house, but need daily help with keeping the house running smoothly.
