About this nanny job
Our family is seeking a full-time nanny to take care of our active, lively, and inquisitive 10-month-old son, along with our friendly German Shepherd. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive care to our son, ensuring that he receives ample physical and emotional support and that his needs are met throughout the day. - Engage in play-based learning activities with our son, read books, and ensure he is receiving appropriate developmental stimulation. - Plan and implement creative engaging activities with arts and crafts for our son. - Light housekeeping in relation to the child's care, such as keeping the child’s room and play areas tidy and providing basic meal preparation for the child. - Caring for our german shepherd and ensuring that she receives daily walks and exercise. Requirements: - Prior experience caring for children of similar ages and energy levels. - A passion for children, and a genuine interest in nurturing their development. - Knowledgeable in child development and able to provide an environment for the child to thrive. - A love for the outdoors and a willingness to spend a lot of time outside with our son and German Shepard (weather permitting). - A genuine love and understanding of dogs and experience with larger breeds. - Hold a valid driver’s license and comfortable driving the child to activities and outings. - Punctual, reliable, and organized with good time management skills. We are looking for someone who is energetic, caring and creative, who will play a vital role in our son's upbringing. With the help of our nanny, we hope our son grows up to be curious, loving, and adventurous.
