About this nanny job

We are in search of a full time nanny for our 15 months old baby boy. Who are you? If you lead in life with your heart that’s about 90% of what we’re looking for. Passionate about toddler care and looking for a Longterm commitment. Being a nanny means becoming an important part of the family unit and rhythm. You are likely family oriented yourself whether or not you have or want to have children of your own. You have experience working with babies and toddler and want to work with a family that values child directed play with healthy age appropriate boundaries, involved parents but won’t micro manage or helicopter you, and being emotionally attuned the evolving needs of a young growing toddler. We are hoping to find a nanny share in the longer term but want to find the right fit in the near term and establish a good relationship before opening up to another family. Good communication, punctuality, experience with children and patience are a must. The parents have background in clinical psychological and business management. We love nature, adventures, laughing and playing with our son and kind hearted people. We look forward to speaking with you.
