Looking for Skilled, Reliable Nanny 30(+) hours/week for 4 month old baby

We are looking for a nanny for our son until he moves to a daycare. The nanny should provide age appropriate baby care, playtime and engagement in a gentle, loving, consistent way. Our ideal candidate is attentive, patient, caring and passionate about working with children. COVID, RSV, and flu cautious.

Help with light chores that pertain to the baby and chronicle the day for the parents. Ideally, the nanny brings great energy and ideas to engage and entertain our baby to help him reach development milestones, feel seen, heard and cared for, and find joy every day.

We are a down to earth, multicultural, loving and respectful couple who moved to Seattle from NYC a few years ago. We both work from home.

Guaranteed 30 hours/week. Possibility of additional hours depending on availability.
