We are looking for a nanny or in-home daycare that is open to flexible hours. I work a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Friday, and have to be in Monmouth at 7am. This means baby will be dropped off at 6:15am, but my husband will pickup/be home before 2:30. I would prefer that we do care in your home, as we have three dogs and I don't want to pay additionally for their care, or have you feel like you need to watch them while you're in my home. They are good dogs, so if you needed to watch in our home it wouldn't be a problem, but we would need to agree on a reasonable rate for keeping an eye on them (i.e, opening the backdoor and making sure they stay off the couch). Baby is due in December, but I will be on maternity leave until early March. My husband will be on paternity leave starting in March until potentially July, perhaps sooner.
