We are seeking a full-time nanny for our infant (8-week-old) Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Overview: We are seeking a nurturing and experienced full-time nanny to care for our 8-week-old son. The ideal candidate will provide a loving and supportive environment while establishing a consistent routine to promote healthy sleep habits and development. Responsibilities: - Provide nurturing care for our 8-week-old son, ensuring his safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. - Establish and maintain a consistent sleep schedule to encourage healthy sleep habits. - Handle daily feedings, diaper changes, and maintaining a clean, organized space for the baby. - Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote early developmental milestones (e.g., tummy time, sensory play). - Light household duties related to the baby, such as laundry and cleaning bottles. - Communicate regularly with parents about the baby’s routine, milestones, and any concerns. Qualifications: - Experience caring for infants, preferably newborns, with knowledge of early childhood development. - Familiarity with establishing healthy sleep routines for infants. - CPR and First Aid certification (required). - A nurturing, calm, and patient demeanor, with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to work closely with parents.
