About this nanny job
We’re looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible part-time babysitter to help with afternoon pickups and childcare for our two children (ages 9 and 13) starting end of summer/fall. Job Details: • Start Date: End of August 2025 • Schedule: Monday–Thurs, approx. 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (may vary slightly depending on activities) • Location: La Crescenta area • Pay: Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities Include: • Picking up kids from their school at 3:00 PM (must have your own car in good condition and clean driving record) • Driving them safely home and supervising them until sports practices • Letting our small dog out into the yard and occasionally taking him on a short walk • Light help with snacks and organizing sports gear • Occasionally driving the kids to local sports practices Optional Bonus Tasks (Not Required): • Light cooking or meal prep for the kids • Light tidying up or helping with kids’ laundry • Help with homework Requirements: • Must have a reliable car, clean driving record, and valid driver’s license • Prior babysitting or childcare experience with elementary/middle school-aged kids • Comfortable with dogs • Responsible, punctual, and energetic • Non-smoker About Us: We’re a fun, active family, and the kids enjoy sports, reading, and being outdoors.
