Full-Time Nanny Position in Novato For Our Family Location: South Novato, CA Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM We are a family located in Novato looking for a caring and reliable nanny to help care for our 2 year old daughter, and eventually also caring for our son who is currently 2 months old. This full-time position offers the opportunity to become a long-term part of our family, as we are looking for someone who is interested in staying with us for the next 5+ years and growing with our family as the children grow. We also have a small dog, so being comfortable with her around is a must. Bonus: if you are Spanish speaking, our daughter has been taught Spanish and English since 6 months old and would love to continue her Spanish language learning. Majority of the care for the next several months will be for our toddler while mom is on leave with the baby. Responsibilities: Childcare: Primary responsibility will be caring for our daughter, who is energetic, social, and enjoys her daily activities. Transportation: Drive our daughter to and from scheduled classes (music class, park, gymnastics, library visits, and other events) in our car. Meals: Prepare healthy snacks and meals for our daughter, adhering to our household’s focus on no sugar and limited refined foods. General Household Duties: Tidy the kitchen/living space and help with baby laundry and bottles, taking out trash, and keeping up a clean and organized environment. Engagement and Education: Encourage the kids development by organizing and participating in educational activities, games, and playtime that stimulate learning and creativity. We love new ideas! Qualifications: At least 5 years of professional nannying experience, particularly with toddlers and infants. Driving: A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Teaching Mindset: A passion for teaching and fostering early childhood development Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for someone who is seeking a stable, long-term position and is enthusiastic about growing with our family.
