About this nanny job

We are seeking a warm, experienced, and bilingual (Spanish/English) caregiver to provide full-time in-home care for our soon-to-arrive daughter. This role is Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility depending. I work full-time from home, and we have two small, friendly Mini Australian Shepherds, so comfort around pets is important. Our daughter will be raised primarily speaking Spanish, so bilingual skills are highly valued. We are looking for someone with experience caring for newborns or infants who is nurturing, patient, and reliable, and who can help support our daughter’s early development in a loving and safe environment. We value open communication, flexibility, and a positive attitude, and we hope to find someone who will become an important part of our family. We are seeking someone who will be reliable care full-time for 2-3 years at $1500/month (plus 1 week of PTO a year) with the opportunity to transition to part-time / occasional care once she is in preschool.
