About this nanny job

I work M-F 4 PM to 12 AM. My husband works random hours but is usually home by 8 PM if not before, but sometimes can be as late as midnight coming home or as early as 4 PM. His schedule is really random. So I would like the babysitting to start at 3 PM and continue until my husband is home.
