About this nanny job

Hello! I am expecting my 2nd child in early February and would like to book childcare for my toddler (will be 23 months) a few times per week. We would like to start care in January when I begin maternity leave before the baby comes to get to know each other and create a routine for my toddler. On occasion, we may have you look after my newborn, but only expect you to watch 1 child at a time. We are looking for someone who can offer ~4 hrs of care on the days we need help - for example: on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. If possible, we would like to work with someone who also has some flexibility and could adjust days/hours if needed. If you are interested in helping us for ~12 hrs per week (could be more - up to 20 hrs depending on the week), please reach out to me! This job would require a car to take my toddler on daily outings to the park, library, community center, or local classes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about toddler development and who has a playful spirit. My daughter loves to make art, explore in nature, go to the playground, read books, do puzzles, play tag, and be around other children. She is easy going and a joy to be around. We expect to begin potty training soon.
