About Our Family We are looking for a warm, reliable nanny who genuinely enjoys caring for infants and understands the needs of parents who are working from home / outside the home. We value communication, consistency, and a calm, nurturing environment where our child can grow and thrive. Responsibilities Primary care: Provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day Follow a consistent feeding, nap, and play routine (we can share our preferred schedule) Support age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, books, music, early motor skill play) Daily care tasks: Bottle feeding (including preparing bottles and washing/sterilizing bottles afterward) Diaper changes and basic infant hygiend Maintaining the baby’s sleep routine and soothing as needed Keeping the nursery and baby play areas clean and organized Safety & communication: Prioritize safe sleep practices and infant safety at all times Communicate daily updates to parents (feedings, naps, milestones, mood, etc.) Notify parents promptly of any concerns or changes in behavior or health
