About this nanny job

We are looking for an experienced full-time nanny to join our family starting in January 2026. Our amazing nanny of 6+ years has decided to retire and take care of her health, and while we feel she is irreplaceable we are expecting our fourth baby in January in a two-working-parent household and are hoping to find another long-term, loving caregiver. We are looking for a nanny to watch our new baby full-time as the primary responsibility and caring for our two-year-old on Tuesdays and Thursdays and full-time during summer when she is not in day school. What we are looking for: • Someone patient, caring, reliable and hard-working who will create a safe and enjoyable environment for our baby and toddler • Assist with household chores such as laundry, meal prep for the kids, tidying, washing dishes, bottles, etc. • Ability to provide age-appropriate developmental activities during wake windows (tummy time, interactive play, early sensory activities, etc.) • Engaging in developmental play for the baby and the 2-year-old • Older siblings may need school pickup/drop off and after-school care, only on very rare occasions will you be watching all 4 children • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required Requirements: • Must have reliable, safe transportation and valid driver’s license • At least 8-10 years of nannying experience, including experience with newborns • At least 2 recent references Hours and details: • Monday-Thursday from 7:00 am – 5:15 pm (guaranteed 41 hours), with Fridays being flexible with potential for additional 7-8 hours (~48 hours/week).
