About this nanny job
Hello! We are looking for an experienced part-time caregiver who can commit long-term and is willing to become an authorized respite provider after February 2026. This is not a basic sitter role. Our son is a former NICU baby with a long medical history since birth (March 2024) and is diagnosed with mild CP. Because of this, we need someone who can provide safe, attentive, and genuine care. This includes assisting with his routines and being proactive in maintaining cleanliness and organization in his bedroom, bathroom, feeding area, and play space at all times. Consistency and communication are very important to us. We understand that people get sick or emergencies happen, but we truly appreciate a timely heads-up and open communication whenever possible. The schedule is negotiable/flexible, and we review and adjust the work schedule every two weeks. We’re a small and easygoing family, and we truly value caregivers who care with heart.
