About this nanny job

My husband and I mostly work from home and are looking for help 2-3 days per week. We have four children: 1 yo girl (almost two), 5 yo girl (almost six), 7 yo boy, and 13 year old girl. Sometimes my husband and I need to work on site and sometimes we just work from home. This schedule varies day to day, week to week. We are alcohol free, eat organic food, mainly drink water, use holistic medicines, have no chemicals in our home, and are spiritual but not religious. Besides school time we try to stay unplugged, read, create, and have free play time. A warning to people with allergies, we have a dog and three indoor kitties. Our children are fully remote learning this year and the three older ones are in school online from 745am to 130pm. They require someone to check on them every half hour or so but they are mostly self sufficient. They are great kids, well behaved and respectful, funny and creative, and get straight A's at school. After school, when weather permits, the older children would require outside playtime. We have three playgrounds within five blocks of our home, so finding a location to walk to is super easy. We would also consider renewing our swim club membership so that our caregiver could take the children to the swim club during the summer, only one block from our home. The baby is our main reason for requesting help. She needs a dedicated person to just interact with her, play, go for walks and play in the yard, read to her, etc., during the day. She is very smart and gets bored easily. She is starting to talk well and we would ask that English be the primary language that our caregiver speaks. She has started to potty train and in the next few months we will be working with her on a deeper level with this. All of our children eat slightly different diets, we have vegetarians, meat eaters, and kids in between here. We would sometimes need our caretaker to whip up lunch or dinner, although we would try to have these prepped for you if we need to leave to work on site. As far as cleaning, we ask for minimal help here. Wiping off the high chair, picking up toys, wiping off counters, or putting dishes in/out of the dishwasher would be the extent of it. Every now and then, we may need help with the baby on the weekends so that we can spend a bit of time with the older kids exclusively. That can be discussed further in the future.
