About this nanny job

I am a single dad and have custody of my son 50% of the time. I have him every Weds, Thurs and Friday and alternating weekends. I live in Manhattan (Financial District) and he is in Day Care in Jersey City. I am looking for someone who can work with us on the days I have him and take him to (and pick him up from) school on Weds and Thurs. I work from home from on Fridays. I am willing to pay a full-time wage guarantee for the right person. I am prioritizing someone who has a background in education and help with his academic progression. I am looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, punctual, caring and responsible.
