About this nanny job

We are looking for an afternoon nanny/household assistant to help with our busy afternoon routine. A bit about us: We are a family of 5 (soon to be 6) in Oakland. Our kids are almost 9, almost 7, 4 and we are expecting our fourth child in early July. Since the three older kids are in school (and camps over the summer), we are looking for afternoon/evening help to assist with the busiest time of the day — roughly 1-7pm or 2-8pm on weekdays. My husband and/or I will be around most (if not all) days but with 4 kids, 0-9 years old we need a competent extra set of hands to help us manage all the busy schedules. What we are looking for: The ideal person is experienced/competent with managing multiple children at a time and excited to work with with kids of different ages (newborn to elementary school). We are looking for someone who is warm/loving, reliable and has a car/clean driving record (since they we are hoping to find someone who can help with school/camp pick ups and taking kids to extracurriculars).
