Hi there! I'm looking for a kind, reliable, and grounded nanny to care for my 2-year-old daughter, Niko Star, during weekday afternoons from 12pm–5pm, Monday through Thursday, with the intention of building a long-term relationship. We’re seeking someone who genuinely enjoys being with toddlers and is confident in creating a nurturing environment that’s both educational and enriching. Montessori experience is preferred, as Niko thrives with structure, independence, and imaginative, hands-on learning. We’re a screen-free, holistic household, so someone who brings a calm, thoughtful presence and aligns with those values is important. Niko is expressive, curious, and highly intelligent for her age—she loves books, music, nature, and movement, and she picks up on energy and patterns quickly. Your role will center around caring for her, engaging in activities, outdoor time, reading, light tidying after play, and supporting her natural nap rhythm around 2:30/3pm if needed. Must be CPR-certified, have reliable transportation, and be open to occasional schedule shifts. If you feel aligned with our rhythm, we’d love to set up an interview and connect further.
