About Our Family: We are a warm, welcoming family looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for our sweet and curious 3-year-old daughter. She loves playing with her kitchen set, painting, gardening, and dolls. We’re looking for someone who can gently guide her through learning activities, support her independence, and foster creativity through play. Responsibilities: • Engage in developmentally appropriate activities (reading, play, arts & crafts) • Help with letter and sound recognition • Light meal/snack prep • Occasional tidying of play areas • Diapering or potty assistance if needed • Outdoor play and walks (weather permitting) Ideal Candidate: • 5+ years experience caring for toddlers • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) • Patient, playful, and creative • Reliable and punctual • Non-smoker • Comfortable with gentle discipline and routine Preferred but not required: • Background in early childhood education or Montessori • Speaks Italian is a huge plus!
