About this nanny job

Hello, we're looking for a Nanny at our home for our 20 month old daughter. We'd like to try for part-time around 20 hours a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10am-5pm. We're looking for long term but for (full transparency) It could turn to short term depending on if we end up needing more days due to work hours changing, then we'd need to explore daycare options.
