About this nanny job

Hello! We’re looking to form a nanny share with our next-door neighbors, whose baby is just six weeks older than ours. Both moms are returning to work, so we’re hoping to start by August 11, — possibly as early as August 1. By then, the babies will be 4 and 6 months old, and care will likely be shared between our two homes (we live right next door). One of the parents is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, which makes for a multilingual-friendly household! We’re looking for a warm, experienced nanny who is confident caring for two young infants. Strong references, CPR certification, and reliability are essential. We don’t require household tasks like cooking or cleaning — just excellent, attentive care for our little ones and someone we can truly count on. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), typically 9 AM–5 PM, with occasional need for an extra hour or two. Some flexibility for occasional evening hours would be a big plus. We’re open to partially cash-based pay, but prefer primarily over-the-table due to liability reasons and because we’ll be using an FSA card for part of the payment.
