About this nanny job

Hello! My wife and I had our wonderful daughter Lea in November, and have been having my sister babysit now and then for date nights and such. Lea is in a great place these days and feeling comfortable when she meets new people, so we'd like to find additional options for paid childcare to we can get out a little more often. We'd want to schedule 1-2 (paid) meetings with us and Lea up-front to make sure it was a good fit and so that Lea could grow comfortable. We'd also like this person to get comfortable with our dog Leila, who is a very sweet rescue with some stranger danger when she first meets new people. We'd want someone who is generally comfortable with dogs who is willing to put in a little time with us to get acclimiated with Leila. After that we'd initially just be looking at the occasional date night which would involve helping Lea with her bedtime routine and then just keeping an eye on the monitor in case she wakes up and needs something (not very common these days).
