About this nanny job

We are a loving Christian family seeking a dedicated and nurturing full-time nanny to care for and help homeschool our three children (ages 6, 5, and 2). Our older two children are homeschooled and attend a Christian homeschool co-op once a week. Schooling at home takes about two hours per day and is centered around a Christ-based curriculum. Key Responsibilities: -Assist with homeschooling the 6- and 5-year-old using our faith-based curriculum -Create a warm, engaging, and structured daily routine that fosters learning through play and exploration -Plan educational, screen-free activities that promote life skills, creativity, and character development -Prepare healthy lunches and snacks for the children -Put the 2-year-old down for a daily nap and engage them in age-appropriate activities during waking hours -Instill Christian values and encourage faith through daily interactions, conversations, and activities -Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns Ideal Candidate Will Be: -A committed Christian who actively lives out their faith and desires to pour into the spiritual growth of our children -Passionate about working with children and excited about early education and character development -Experienced with homeschooling or teaching young children (formal or informal) -Patient, energetic, creative, and loving Organized and able to maintain a structured but flexible routine CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) -Non-smoker, with reliable transportation -Background in child development or education is a plus If you feel called to invest in the hearts and minds of young children and want to be part of a family that values faith, love, and learning, we would love to hear from you!
