About this nanny job

My family and I are actively looking to hire a babysitter to start around July 10th. We have 3 children - a 2.5 year old, and 1-year old twins. Currently, we have an au pair that works for us, but (a) she would need help handling the 3 children when my husband and I go on date nights and (b) she will be ending her time with us in the fall. So we are actively looking for a reliable babysitter for date night and/or emergency situations. We are looking for -experience caring for multiples; willing to supervise playtime, to prepare snacks/dinner, to manage their bedtime routines and to handle light housekeeping and laundry -willing to provide references -bilingual in Spanish would be a bonus
