About this nanny job

I am a photographer who usually shoots one weekend per month. I need someone each month for those four-days straight. I am flexible on other hours throughout the month. My girls are all homeschooled: On weekday mornings during the school year, my two oldest need light help with doing school. We are a low/no TV family, and no video game systems or smartphones/devices. My kids love to be outside, craft, dance, play, read, and they love outings. My kiddos are also responsible for cleaning up after themselves and have household chores, so we keep a tidy house, and a Nanny is not required to clean or cook. I am looking for someone attentive, who can enforce boundaries with agreed-upon consequences, who can help with homeschooling, and eventually would be comfortable taking my kiddos on outings or even joining us for travel down the road.
