About this nanny job

We are looking for consistent after school help for our 3 and 5 year old starting in September and running through June, with the potential to extend into the summer and following school year. Responsibilities would include picking both kids up from school (each school is within 10 minutes of one another and of our home) and playing/interacting with them after school. We’d love to find someone who is comfortable taking them to the playground and library as well as playing at home. Additional responsibilities would include helping our kindergartener with any reading/homework and feeding the kids a light snack. The only non-childcare responsibilities would be picking up after the kids and helping to clean lunchboxes. We expect that our older child will do some afterschool enrichment classes, so on some days we would only need care for our daughter for the first part of the afternoon. We are happy to guarantee 15 hours per week and would also be open to adding additional hours for an occasional date night or extra help on school holidays. We are looking for someone who is energetic, caring and reliable.
