Hi everyone, Please read the times/hours/pay below because I can’t input the exact hours in this platform correctly. I’m a single mom and RN, looking for part-time help starting July 10th-ish for my 10 year old son who is very easy and self-sufficient. I typically work a semi-set schedule (but it can occasionally fluctuate) on Mondays/Tuesdays/every other Saturdays. I need reliable and trustworthy help on Monday/Tuesday from 5:30am-8am/6pm-8:30-ish pm on summer camp days, and full 15 hours on the Saturdays with driving needs to get him to camp/school. When school starts the hours will adjust to school hours. I’m currently paying my sitter a flat salaried rate for these guaranteed hours, but I’m willing to negotiate on what is competitive and within my budget, or get creative with ideas outside the box like Nanny shares, us going to your house for care and having your child present, having two sitters to offset availability, etc. Please reach out if you have any interest!
