About this nanny job

Hi! We’re a young family with a 6-month-old baby boy who’s super smiley, sociable, and always on the move. He loves songs, trying new games, and is working on rolling and pushing up — very active and vocal, so he definitely keeps us on our toes! We’re looking for a warm, experienced nanny who’s open to a long-term role — someone who can become a trusted part of our village as our family grows. We deeply value up-to-date knowledge of infant care, child development, and responsive caregiving, so we’re hoping to find someone who brings initiative, kindness, and confidence to the role. This is truly a team position — I work from home and would love a partner in helping our baby thrive. Some of our key goals right now: • Starting solids • Helping baby feed confidently when I’m away (he has been exclusively breastfed) • Supporting more independent naps • Building consistent daily routines to support better sleep • Helping baby meet physical and cognitive milestones — he’s a very curious little one who loves exploring new things!
