The role focuses on caring for our infant son, with occasional help with our preschooler when school is closed or she’s under the weather. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** - Supporting his sleep routine, training and nap schedule - Introducing solids and handling meal prep as he grows - Diapering, bathing, and general hygiene - Engaging him in age-appropriate developmental activities - Taking him outside daily for walks and fresh air - Preparing healthy meals and snacks - Helping with baby laundry and keeping baby areas organised and clean - Light household support or errands if time allows --- ### **💛 About You** - **You’re an experienced, organized, and nurturing nanny who truly enjoys life with young children.** - You’ve cared for babies and toddlers at the same time, and know how to balance their different needs with calm and confidence. - You respect the rhythms and strategies that work for a family, but also bring thoughtful suggestions based on your experience. - You’re familiar with Montessori methods—or have used similar child-led, respectful care approaches—and bring that mindset to daily routines, play, and learning. - You’re great at communicating, comfortable handling the logistics of a busy day, and ready to become an important part of a home that will deeply value your presence. - **You’re up to date on vaccinations, CPR/First Aid certified, and have a valid driver’s license.** - You speak fluent English, and if you know Russian or Italian, that’s a huge bonus in our home. - **You have at least two families who are happy to provide references for you.**
