About this nanny job

We’re a fun-loving, entrepreneurial family with three kids (ages 1, 3, 6). I run a business and need time dedicated to work, so we’re looking for a part-time sitter with flexibility, and possibly more hours in the future. We’re also open to occasional date nights or other daytime help. You’ll typically arrive after I serve lunch. You’ll just need to prepare a few snacks throughout the shift. No sweets, video games, or shows — we prefer high-quality interaction! Activities we love: reading books, quiet independent time playing with toys, baking or involving the kids in food making, crafts, dance parties, outdoor time. We also ask for some light tidying (clean the dishes used, tidy up new kid messes, etc.) — we just don’t want to come home to a dirtier house then we left it. Older two kids are responsible for helping clean up their items or messes. Must be attentive and present (no phone scrolling) and able to keep up with energetic kids.
