About this nanny job

Hi! I’m a work-from-home mom looking for a nurturing, playful, and dependable caregiver to support my 20-month-old daughter while I work from my home office. I’ll be nearby and still present throughout the day—she’s still breastfeeding and very connected to me—so I’m looking for someone who can truly partner with me in caring for her, not just watch her for me. My daughter is energetic, curious, and loves music, books, dancing, and nature. I’m hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys toddlers and will actively play with her, support her growth, and help create a calm, loving environment. Light tidying related to her care (like cleaning up after meals or picking up toys) would be appreciated. Occasionally, I may step out to run errands, so some flexibility is helpful. A big bonus would be if you speak Spanish and can introduce her to the language, but it’s absolutely not a requirement—we’re mostly looking for someone who feels like family and enjoys being part of a child’s early learning journey. As time goes on, I may occasionally request additional care on weekends or outside our regular routine, if your schedule allows—so there’s potential for extra hours in the future as well.
