We are a warm, welcoming couple based in the Central Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco with a two-and-a-half-month-old baby boy. We are seeking a full-time nanny and household assistant who can grow with our family over the years. We are looking for someone to start at the end of August and work M-F ~9am-6pm but with flexibility if the schedule needs to change. The ideal candidate is experienced with infants and toddlers, reliable, flexible, and comfortable balancing high-quality childcare with household responsibilities such as tidying, laundry, errands, and simple meal prep. We’re looking for someone who drives, is open to occasional evenings, weekends, and travel, and who is excited about becoming a steady, trusted presence in our son’s life—and in our home. This is a long-term role for someone who thrives in a calm, organized environment and values clear communication, consistency, and care.
