About this nanny job

I am a registered nurse currently living in Ohio, looking to move to the morrisville/raleigh North Carolina area, and I am exploring options for childcare once we make the move. Unsure of the times or days of course, but I would be working 3 12hour shifts a week which is the only time that I would need childcare until she starts school, and maybe an occasional date night or something along those lines. I’m mostly just exploring my options as I would like to have something set in stone before I make the move so that things will be easier once the move is done. Currently visit the area very often, so I am able to do any sort of meet ups or anything like that :) My daughter is 4 and will start kindergarten next August, I need someone trustworthy until then that is willing to help her learn, keep her in a routine, and also prioritize her safety.
