Madison Valley Family Seeking Part-Time Nanny/Family Assistant (25 hours guaranteed) Hello! Madison Valley family seeks a part time nanny for our loving, energetic, chatty, and outgoing 3.5 year old son. Responsibilities include school dropoffs and pickups (his school is on Mercer Island, 20-25 minutes from our home) with your vehicle, as well as miscellaneous household support. Our son loves dancing, music, vehicles of all kinds, and lots of time at neighborhood parks. My husband and I both work hybrid schedules, and one of us will be home in a dedicated workspace 3 days/week. Wage: $32-36/hr depending on experience Responsibilities: • Monday/Wednesday: Assist getting our son dressed and otherwise ready for school, and handle school dropoff. Dropoff is around 9am. • Monday-Friday: School pickup (at 3pm). • Generally: Nurture our son with lots of outside time, reading, playing cars and Lego, and dance parties after school. He also enjoys the occasional visit to PCC or Trader Joe's :) • Light household support M/W while he is at school. This could include: ○ Laundry ○ Dishes ○ Tidying ○ Grocery Shopping ○ Errands ○ Meal Prep We are looking for someone who will be proactive and organized with household tasks to help our home run smoothly. Requirements: 3+ years of recent professional family assistant experience References from at least 2 previous long-term employers in a similar role Non-Smoker CPR and First Aid Certified Reliable vehicle and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Enjoys cats (we have 2) Comfortable with W2 employment Benefits: Mileage ($0.70/mi while transporting our son) Guaranteed Hours Sick Leave 12 Paid Holidays 2 Weeks of Paid Vacation
