About this nanny job
I need someone to watch my 2.5 yr old son 2/3 times a week. E.g. 4 hours on Monday / 4 hours on Wednesday/ 2-4 hrs on Friday. Any days are fine inc. weekends but must be earlier in the day (before 4/5). He is an independent kiddo and we let him do things for himself (get snacks, bring his food to the table, feed the dog etc.) We are GENTLE PARENTING and I want someone who will follow the rules we have in our house e.g. no time outs. If you are unfamiliar with gentle parenting I and more than willing to guide you but I need someone who is willing to learn. We do not allow screen time for our son. We encourage outside time as much as possible.Nanny job details
