Hello! We are a warm and loving family relocating from San Diego to Minneapolis this summer, and we’re looking for a reliable, full-time nanny to join us starting August 4th. We have two daughters—our oldest is 2 years old, and our youngest will be 14 months at the start of care. We’re seeking someone who is nurturing, dependable, and experienced with toddlers. We deeply value clear communication, long-term consistency, and a Montessori or child-led approach to care. Our girls thrive on a structured daily routine, and we use a gentle parenting style that prioritizes emotional connection, autonomy, and positivity.
